Before You Begin Your Application

Please note: Our rescue is located in West Columbia, South Carolina, and our animals are available for transport to out-of-state adopters.

Gather the following information before starting, as you will not be able to save your progress or submit the form without it:

• Details about your current and past pets (name, age, breed, spay/neuter status, medical history, etc.)
• Landlord or property management contact information (if you rent)
• Contact information for two personal references
• Veterinary reference, if applicable (clinic name and phone number)

Having this information ready will ensure a smoother and faster application process. Thank you for helping us find the best match for each of our rescue dogs.

Important Note for Returning Applicants

If you have submitted a dog adoption application with Final Victory Animal Rescue within the past year, you do not need to complete a new application. Instead, please reach out to your application processor or email FVARadoptions@gmail.com to express interest in a different dog than you originally applied for. Multiple applications are not necessary.
