Stray Intake Request Form

Final Victory is a non-profit rescue organization with limited space, staff, and resources to help. We do our best to help as many people + pets as possible, but please understand that we are unable to intake all strays in need. Stray animals can be taken to municipal animal shelters if you are unable to secure a spot at our rescue or another rescue organization.
Is the animal on their owner's property or in need of trapping?(Required)
If yes, we are unable to help at this time. Our rescue organization is not authorized, staffed, trained, or equipped to seize animals from owners' property or trap. Please contact the county's animal control or an organization who traps strays.
Has the animal been scanned for a microchip?(Required)
If no, please take the animal to be scanned for a microchip. This can be done at shelters, some pet stores, vet offices, rescues, and emergency vets. There is no charge for microchip scans.
Is the stray animal in immediate need of emergency medical attention?(Required)
If yes, please text 803-908-9081 or take to the county shelter. Our rescue does NOT have a vet on staff.

Our facility space is extremely limited. Are you willing and able to foster the animal(s) while we search for a home?(Required)
We will reach out to you if we have any additional questions or are able to help. Unfortunately, due to an extremely high volume of strays, we are unable to respond to or assist with every request. Please do not submit multiple forms or requests for the same animal.
