Meet Fred, a friendly male lab mix who is approximately 1-2 years old. Fred has a heartwarming story of resilience as he was previously hit by a car and suffered a spinal injury. Although it has been too long since his injury to repair anything, he can walk and go on short walks. Fred is managing to adapt to go up one stair. He adores other dogs and is learning from them. He is also learning to go outside to potty. Fred has been with his current foster for a little over 2 months and is in need of a special home that is quiet and without stairs. This sweet boy will thrive in a loving home that can provide him with the care and support he needs.
